RETURN POLICY

Dear customers, please pay attention to the type of return you plan to use, as the return procedure may vary.

For offline stores:

Within 14 days of purchase, provided you have the receipt, tag, and the product is in proper condition, you can return or exchange the item only at the official store where you purchased our clothing.

For Almaty and Astana:

Returns for orders delivered by courier in Almaty/Astana:

You can request a return by contacting our manager via WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, or by email (admin@thesix.kz). The return of the product is carried out by the courier service of your choice.

You can process the return under the following conditions:

  1. The buyer must have the receipt for the returned goods.
  2. The basis for the return must be a return request completed by the buyer (sent by email).

Attention! The product must be returned with the receipt, tag, in its original condition, and with the completed return request.

Refunds are processed to the customer's card within 3-7 business days from the receipt of the product at the company's warehouse.

For self-pickup orders:

For purchases with the "self-pickup" option, returns are only accepted at the following address:

  • Almaty, Gogol Street 115

The return procedure requires the following conditions:

  1. The presence of a receipt for the returned goods and a completed return request.
  2. The returned product must be free of signs of use.

Attention! The product must be returned with the receipt, tag, in its original condition, and with the completed return request. Refunds are processed to the customer's card within 1-7 business days from the receipt of the product at the company's warehouse.

For other regions, cities, and towns, except for Almaty and Astana:

Returns for regional orders delivered by courier service:

You can return the product if:

  1. The order was placed on our website.
  2. The order was delivered by courier service to the customer's door or to a KazPost branch.
  3. When returning the product, the customer provided all necessary documents (return request, receipt).

The customer can return the product by visiting a KazPost branch and using any courier service to send it back to the recipient's address. In small towns or villages, it is recommended to send a simple parcel through KazPost courier service.

The return procedure includes the following steps:

  1. Delivering the product via courier service or to a KazPost branch (check the tariff rates for sending parcels with KazPost at their branches or on the website post.kz).

  2. The parcel with the returned product must include:

    • Completed return request (sent by email).
    • Receipt (included in the order).
  3. Shipping details for the return parcel:

Return conditions:

The product cannot be returned if:

  1. More than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the product.
  2. The product is returned incomplete, missing tags, labels, or other components.
  3. The product has been used.
  4. The completed "Return Request" and receipt are missing.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Gift boxes
  • Socks
  • Masks
  • Sticker packs
  • Postcards
  • Posters

Return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality purchased in the store:

In case of receiving a product with a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, a return is made. To do this, you need to visit the store, write a complaint about the product, and submit the product for examination. An official response will be provided within 5 business days.
