Delivery in Almaty
Delivery in Almaty operates daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Orders are dispatched by Yandex courier within 2 hours after payment. If the address you provided is outside the courier service's coverage area, you will be offered a pickup option.
Delivery to Other Cities in Kazakhstan
Orders to major cities are delivered by Avis courier service within 1-3 business days. For smaller cities and villages, items are sent via Kazpost. Delivery time: 2-9 business days. Exact delivery times are determined by the courier and postal services. You can track your order's route using the tracking number available in your profile.
International Delivery
Delivery to other countries is calculated separately based on the destination country and city. Orders to Russia are delivered by CDEK courier service within 3-9 business days. Alternatively, you can arrange for a pickup in Almaty and have your order delivered by another international courier service within 3-9 business days.

Delivery in Almaty
Free delivery is available for orders over 40,000 tenge to certain areas of the city. For orders below 40,000 tenge, delivery will be charged.
Delivery to Other Cities in Kazakhstan
Orders to major cities are delivered by Avis courier service within 2-3 business days. Delivery cost: from 3,500 tenge. For smaller cities and villages, items are sent via Kazpost. Delivery time: 7-14 business days. Delivery cost: from 1,500 tenge.
